Nightly Rates         -    $170.00 per night/8 quests - 2 night minimum stay
Weekly Rates        -    10% off for 7 nights
Extra Guests         -     $15.00  per night, per guest to a maximum of 10 persons (including children)

Holidays                -     3 - 4 night minimum depending upon the holiday

 Additional Items -

•    11% county occupancy tax will be applied to all rates
•    $250.00 security deposit  will be refunded approximately two weeks after departure, excluding breakage or damage
•    $85.00 non-refundable cleaning fee
•     Rates subject to change without prior notice

        Please call or e-mail us to make a reservation.  To hold your reservation, the $250.00 security deposit is to be
        received 5 business days from date of reservation.  Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
